Yes, it’s the official video for the Flaming Lips / Phantogram collaboration, “You Lust.” The seriously psychedelic track runs in excess of 13 minutes on the Lips’ new album The Terror, but the band has apparently edited it down to four minutes for the video, which features the Lips’ Wayne Coyne, Phantogram’s Sarah Barthel, a gaggle of girls, a frog, a monkey, futuristic sci-fi experiments and lots of nudity.
Definitely NSFW. George Saunders has a short story called “Escape from Spiderhead” (in his latest book) about some fairly twisted futuristic erotic experimentation… reminds me of that.
Well, when you don’t have the songs it is always a good idea to go with full frontal nudity to keep ’em watching.

Kinda makes the video for “Closer” seem tame.
Seems to me a bit of the Glens Falls based Ravacon Collective (http://ravacon.com/news/) seeped into the production.
