Reunion: The Lawn Sausages @ the Hangar on Saturday

The Lawn Sausages

The legendary Lawn Sausages are re-forming – but definitely not reforming – to celebrate the 15-year anniversary of their debut CD, Kick Out the Hams.

Court jesters of the Nippertown music scene in the mid to late 1990s, the Lawn Sausages were well known for their incendiary live shows which combined outrageous costumes, hysterically funny R-rated lyrics and fearless, bombastic showmanship.

Now, presented by the Ale House and Natural Casing Records, the Lawn Sausages are back in the spotlight again for one night only.

On Saturday (December 14), they’ll return to the stage with a vengeance. The band guarantees “the best Sausage party ever,” and, heck, they’ve actually been rehearsing. The band will be digging deep into their back catalog to drop such nuggets as “Has Anybody Seen My Gerbil?,” “She’s Got a Cock,” “Cellophane Underwear” and “Being White Trash Ain’t What It Used to Be.”

As the Lawn Sausages promise, “It won’t be pretty, but it’ll be fun – and the more you drink, the more fun you’ll have!”

Adding to the outrageous festivities of the evening, will be opening performances by the Knyghts of Fuzz and the Mysteios.
