LIVE: Bear Grass @ Steamer No. 10 Theatre, 10/3/14

The Steamer No. 10 Theatre in Albany hosted an all-Local 518 triple-bill earlier this month as part of its continuing Eclectic Performances concert series.

Led by Katie Hammon, Bear Grass held down the headlining slot. In addition to Hammon, the band featured Ian White,
 Stephen Stanley, 
Tommy Krebs 
and August Sagehorn (the latter two formerly of Alta Mira).

And they had plenty of support from opening acts the instrumental duo Rosary Beard (the twin acoustic guitars of Matthew Loiacono and Hunter Sagehorn) and and the Firs featuring Rick Spataro with Jonnie Baker.

And needless to say, there was plenty of cross-band musical interaction to always keep things interesting…
