Anyone feel like rocking out with rebel Latina women? Boogie down with LADAMA at 7pm on Friday (October 12) at the Sanctuary for Independent Media in Troy. The group makes a tour stop in Troy in support of their self-titled debut album on Six Degrees Records.

Lara Klaus, Daniela Serna, Mafer Bandola and Sara Lucas are four virtuosic musicians and educators, each from a different country and culture of the Americas. Together they are sisters in song, harnessing music from their respective countries of origin – Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela and the United States – and utilizing traditional and non-traditional instruments from across the Americas, but with a modern twist, to produce Latin Alternative music.
