SPAC Summer Line Up Promises Sunshine’s Return Through Winter Months

If you are feeling a bit tired of the gloomy skies, and are longing for a summer concert, we have some good news for you. SPAC‘s summer line up is emerging and is including some great shows.

The Lumineers will light up spring June 6th, followed by Celtic Women June 7th. Capital region favorite Zac Brown Band will make an earlier than usual showing June 13th; the band who usually closed out the summer is helping to warm things up earlier on.

July features Tedeschi Trucks (July 2), Alanis Morissette (July 8), Chicago with Rick Springfield (July 21), and Matchbox 20 (July 24). The Black Crowes (July 25), The Doobie Brothers (July 26), and Rod Stewart (July 28) close out the month. Rod Stewart’s last appearance at SPAC was a high energy night, and that’s my prediction for a very fun event.

Maroon 5 is currently listed as the last show on September 6. With Meghan Trainor, that may be the new hot way to end the summer.

Keep your eyes on Nippertown for more upcoming shows to keep your summer loving music spirit alive during these cold months!
