Wrestlefest 3 Ready for Social Distancing Meet and Greet

With ongoing concerns about Covid-19 still looming despite case numbers dwindling in New York state, Wrestlefest 3, as of now, is still projected to go on with social distancing rules in place.

Presented by Heroes Hideout, the Capital District toy store and meet and greet connection has announced recently in a Facebook live chat that the event is still to go on as planned on November 15, 2020 at Colonie Center from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm. Admission is $10 and $20 for V.I.P early access and 1 TBA.

Heroes Hideout has helped put together another star studded lineup of wrestling superstars from yesterday, today, and tomorrow, ensuring every professional wrestling fan in the area will be there.

This installment of Wrestlefest will feature a dual headliner for the event. Those headliners include The “Big Red Machine” Kane, and Miss Stratusfaction herself, Trish Stratus.

Now making only sporadic appearances for WWE, Kane, who’s real name is Glen Jacobs, has ventured off in the footsteps of other former professional wrestlers now trying his hand in politics. Jacobs is currently the Mayor of Knox County in Tennessee.

WWE Hall of Famer, Trish Stratus, has made a couple of cameo appearances for WWE since semi retiring from in ring action in 2006. Stratus officially retired in 2019. Stratus is the first female to receive the Lou Thesz Award from the George Tragos/Lou Thesz Hall of Fame.

Glens Falls native “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan

Also appearing at the event will be Glens Falls native “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan, tag team legends the Rock & Roll Express, Afa & Sika, and the Midnight Express, “Hardcore” Bob Holly, KoKo B. Ware, New Jack, Vampiro, Barry Windham, JJ Dillon, 80’s female WWF ring announcer Mike McQuirk, Candice Michele, Thunder Rosa, Heath Slater, referee Billy Silverman, Sugar & Spice Brooke Adams and Taryn Terrell, Sin Cara, Samu, and many more. Card subject to change.

Each superstar offers an autograph price, photo price, and the popular auto/photo combo option that will save fans some cash for those seeking both items. Some superstars offer a VIP option with the chance for an extra autograph. Prices vary for each talent depending on popularity. Prices start at $20.

To help guarantee yourself a spot to meet the superstar of your choosing, each talent has a pre-sale option for purchase through their respective promoters. Pre-sale prices can be found online at Heroes Hideout.

James Spence Authentication (JSA) will be on hand for fans looking to certify their autograph(s) at $10 per certification.

Heroes Hideout is looking at a new layout for this event to keep fans safe during the ongoing pandemic by expanding the area for the event and utilizing more of the middle hallway space of the mall. Hopefully the disabled situation is addressed for this event to make access easier for disabled fans attending with more room to maneuver around.

Stay tuned to Heroes Hideout for updates, requirements for social distancing, and cancellations on talent and the event itself due to COVID-19.
