I think “outlaw country” has become a euphemism for “country music that people who don’t like country music like”. Whatever it is, Rachel Brooke has it. A rising star from Michigan, it’s best to check your expectations at the door and just enjoy. A strong undercard makes this a good night from start to finish. (7:00)
