Putnam Place to Host Eastbound Jesus’ Black Friday Blowout, Nov. 25

SARATOGA SPRINGS – Coming to Putnam Place the Friday after Thanksgiving (Nov. 25), are local favorites, Eastbound Jesus. Presenting the night’s entertainment as a “Black Friday Blowout,” there is no better way to recover from your turkey or your shopping.

Eastbound Jesus is an Upstate NY sextet blending sounds from country, bluegrass, and straight up rock and roll for their unique musical sound. The band uses gritty lead vocals backed by an abundance of harmonies, lapsteel, and banjo to tell songs of the rural working class soul. Featuring Dave Wright (bass), Zack Infante (electric guitar / lapsteel), Andrew Lynch (electric guitar), Adam Brockway (acoustic guitar / vocals), Carl Anderson (drums / vocals), and Luke Anderson (banjo / vocals), the group is continuing to tour and release music. Their latest record, Full Moon Over Salem, came out in 2020.

The band also headlines an annual festival in September, Eastbound Throwdown, presented by the band manager Greg Bell’s production company, Guthrie/Bell Productions.

For Friday’s show, fans can expect “no opener, no rules, just all Eastbound Jesus. We’re gonna have some fun. Do some covers, do some hidden gems.”

Come hang with them.
