The Attic Classic: CHEFS OF THE FUTURE took blues and country, mixed in a heaping helping of electric folk rock and a dash of garage rock n roll back in the mid-80’s to create what we would term Americana today.

The band were ahead and behind the times, their potent music stew finding plenty of local fans. The band released ‘Hub,’ a cassette-only album in 1985, then a vinyl single in 1988, shortly thereafter splitting up.

The Attic Classic is “Right Once Again” from the 1988 single. I found an introduction to the band, set to their song “W.E.S.T.” on Lost Radio Rounders YouTube channel.
