Jerry Harrison and Adrian Belew to Honor Essential Talking Heads’ Record at Empire Live, March 8th

ALBANY – Coming to Empire Live in Albany on March 8th are Jerry Harrison and Adrian Belew! Audiences are welcome to attend the event and bear witness to two former members of Talking Heads honoring one of the band’s most influential records with their Remain in Light Tour. This is sure to be an event not to miss!

Original Talking Heads member Jerry Harrison and noted touring member Adrian Belew have announced that they will bring their popular ‘Remain In Light’ concert on the road throughout the US this winter, in celebration of the band’s iconic 1980 record. The 19-date tour will find Harrison and Belew performing songs from this monumental period of the band’s history alongside a powerhouse band Cool Cool Cool, which includes former members of Turkuaz, Julie Slick on bass, and Yahuba Garcia-Torres on percussion.

Remain In Light is a high point in my career, Adrian and I had often discussed the magic of the 1980 tour and the sheer joy it brought to audiences. It is such a delight to see and bring that joy once again to crowds on this upcoming tour.
