Podcast: Art Town with Deborah Zlotsky

Art Town is an upstate NY podcast hosted by Justin Baker. Inspired by art and craft, Justin once a month sits down with regional artists and artisans to discuss their work, inspiration, and life.

Deborah Zlotsky received a 2019 Guggenheim Fellowship and NYFA Artist Fellowships in Painting in 2012 and 2018. Zlotsky works in various public, private, and corporate collections in the US and abroad. She has recently been awarded residencies at MacDowell, Yaddo, the Bogliasco Foundation, and the Bemis Center. Robischon Gallery in Denver represents her, and her work can be found at FURNACE-Art on Paper Archive and the Pierogi Flat Files. Zlotsky has a BA in art history from Yale University and an MFA in painting and drawing from the University of Connecticut. She teaches at the Rhode Island School of Design and lives in the Hudson Valley.
