The Attic Classic: As noted on DEEP SEA JELLY‘s Bandcamp page, in the early 2000s, four thirty-something dudes and a college chick got together to write and perform original jam music with a female singer-songwriter twist. They wound up in a recording studio to cut demos and released a limited-run CD called ‘Surround Sound.’ Jump forward sixteen years, when the original multi-track recordings were cleaned up and treated to a new clear and crisp mix by Jim Mastrianni. Titled ‘Surround Sound 2022,’ it now includes tracks not available on the original CD. The first song on the redone album, “Shame On Me,” is the Local 518 Attic Classic.
