ALBANY – The Palace Theatre consistently brings in top notch talent in music, comedy and stage performance. But do they stop there? Of course not. Which is why we were so excited to learn about a live dance tour featuring the incredible, multi-talented choreographer, Derek Hough.

This brand new national tour marks Hough’s return to the stage after a four-year break. A legendary figure in the dance world, his artistry has been honored with EMMY awards and a record-breaking six Dancing With the Stars wins, and his live shows deliver an immersive experience you won’t want to miss.

For his new tour, dubbed “A Symphony of Dance”, Hough promises brand-new, high-energy choreography that will leave the audience in awe. Along with this, in typical Hough fashion, the stage production will be phenomenal, and his alluring stage presence will keep fans captivated the entire night.

Adding to the excitement is the creative duo Napoleon and Tabitha Dumo, famously known as NappyTabs. This two-time Emmy-winning team has worked on high-stakes projects like Jennifer Lopez’s All I Have residency and the Michael Jackson: The Immortal World Tour. They’re also the driving force behind this tour’s choreography.

Derek Hough will leap into The Palace next Friday, inviting audience members to join him in exploring various dance styles, including brilliant ballroom, sizzling salsa, and hardcore hip-hop.
