Canceled: The Fixx show at Empire Live on Dec. 2

The Fixx was set to take the stage at Empire Live on Dec. 2 but the show is now canceled.

The band announced the cancelation on their social media on Nov. 30, citing injury.

“Unfortunately, due to an injury suffered by keyboardist Rupert Greenall during the current FIXX “Live in 2023 Tour,” the band is forced to cancel the final three shows scheduled for this week in New York City, Rhode Island and Albany, New York until next year,” The Fixx wrote.

The musician is currently hospitalized and receiving medical attention for a serious fracture that will require surgery, the group said.

Albany Live said refunds for the show will be obtainable at the point of purchase.
