Dave Matthews Band announced for SPAC

Dave Matthews Band is set to perform two nights at Saratoga Performing Arts Center in July, Live Nation announced Tuesday. 

The rock band, with its newly released album “Walk Around the Moon,” is set to take the Broadview Stage on July 5 and July 6. 

In partnership with Live Nation, the band will introduce a new sustainability measure at venues. 

According to a press release, the band is partnering with Live Nation’s operated venues to further minimize the concerts’ footprint – to divert at least 90% of fan-generated waste from landfills. 

In addition to being at SPAC for two nights, the Dave Matthews Band will also perform in Wantagh, on Long Island. 

Presale tickets for members of the Dave Matthews Band Fan Association are now underway at https://tour.davematthewsband.com, but Citi cardholders have an opportunity to get presale tickets also. 

Presale tickets for Citi card members go on sale Tuesday, Feb. 13, at 9 a.m. local time until Thursday, Feb. 15 at 10 p.m. local time through the Citi Entertainment program. General tickets go on sale Feb. 16 at 10 a.m. local time.

Dave Matthews Band has performed at SPAC multiple times over the years, including most recently last July.
