The Capital Brew Podcast #18: Ben from The Dog Haus Biergarten

This week, the show makes its way over to “The Dog Haus Biergarten” in Clifton Park to pair beer with some of the most colorful, creative, and flavorful dogs. Also, former local radio DJ Terry O’Donnell makes a surprise visit and joins us.

With Cobra Kai hot on everyone’s Netflix cue, we try the newest wiener to The Dog Haus line up, know as the Mr. Myagui. We pair this weenie with Sloop Brewing’s “Not My Dojo.” Next, we follow that up with T-MEX. This sausage gets its name from the TEX MEX ingredients, so you know we had to pair this spicy red hot with a Bitburger pilsner. Finally, just because The Dog Haus is known for their awesome franks does mean that can’t make a delicious slider too. So Ben broke out the big guns and poured us Morning Timber Vanilla from Beer Tree.

We would also like to point out that for every Mr. Myagui sold, one dollar is donated to “No Kid Hungry.” A very big thank you to Ben for the awesome food and great beer.
