Episode 55 of Stories From A Bar is all about whiskey! Chris is joined by Jesse Sommer, one of the co-founders of New Scotland Spirits, and Rebecca Miller. She operates Lime Kiln Farm, which supplies most of the ingredients that go into these locally crafted spirits.

Founded in 2016 by a group of lifelong friends New Scotland Spirits has grown from a dream to a real community effort. During the episode, the guys taste and discuss four of the company’s flagship products and everything that went into them. Jesse and Rebecca also discuss the farming side of things that not as many people may know about and their passion and commitment to using locally sourced ingredients to honor their home of New Scotland, NY, and the community that has supported them.
