Troy Dance Factory’s third annual “Full Out Fest” returns August 13th

TROY — The community-oriented dance, music, and arts festival hosted by Troy Dance Factory is slated to return again on Aug. 13 at Troy’s Riverfront Park amphitheater. Full Out Fest will host dozens of artists, activists, community organizations and musicians in an eclectic coming together of the vibrant, local artistic community.

A diverse showcase of hip hop, tap, jazz funk, lyrical, heels and contemporary dance performances will be interspersed with sets from local acts The Pine Boys, JB!! aka Dirty Moses, Canella and Hannah Amigo. And as if that isn’t enough, DJ Intell Hayesfield will emcee the evening, wrapping up the night with a riverfront dance party open to all in attendance.

“Full Out Fest provides a space for members of our community who are spreading their creative wings into entrepreneurship to be seen and heard, and to really connect with people in a chill and respectful environment,” TDF founder Nadine Medina says.

In addition to the performances, emerging artists, designers, and vendors will be selling their goods on site, including: Art Money, Oh Hi! I’m Marisa!, Art.With.A.Waddle, 8th House, Styled by Sage, The Sage Moon, Boho and Brass, Jross Arts, LuAnne Vintage, Sarah Straight, Creative Craven, cmykale, and September Colors. Food and drink will be vended by La Capital Tacos, Rare Form Brewery, Beverwyck Cheesecake Co., Virgo Rising Coffee, Lidia’s Empanadas and the brand new Nostalgia Bakery.

General admission tickets are available now via Full Out Fest for $15, with stage level seating also available. The lawn area and market are not ticketed, and are open to all. In case of inclement weather, the festival will take place Aug. 20.
